1 Use of the App

The SilverBack Kitchen app allows users to:

• Create and manage recipes
• Save online recipes as favourites
• Create and manage grocery lists
• Organize personal pantry items
• Unlock premium features with a subscription

Use of the App is permitted only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2 Account Registration

To access the App, you must register using a valid Google or Apple account. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if information is inaccurate, misleading, or used in violation of these Terms.

3 Subscription and Billing

Certain features are available only through a premium subscription. When purchasing a subscription:

• You agree to the pricing and billing terms shown at purchase
• Subscriptions are processed via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period

You may manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

4 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create in the App (such as recipes or images). By using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your content solely for:

• Displaying it within your account
• Providing app features
• Improving the App

You are solely responsible for your content and agree not to upload content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.

5 External Recipe Sources and Data

The App allows saving recipes from third-party sources and APIs. Please note:

• External recipes are controlled by third-party services, not by us
• Changes to external APIs may result in previously saved recipes becoming unavailable
• We cannot guarantee permanent availability of third-party recipes
• Only content created directly in the App is stored permanently

We recommend recreating important recipes within the App to ensure long-term access.

6 Usage Limits

Free and premium users may be subject to usage limits (such as recipe creation or uploads), defined by their subscription plan. Limits typically reset on a monthly basis.

We reserve the right to adjust limits to improve service quality or prevent abuse.

7 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App without prior notice if:

• You violate these Terms
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected
• Required by law or regulatory authorities

You may delete your account at any time via the App's account settings or by contacting us.

8 Privacy

Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data and collecting only what is necessary to provide our services.

9 Intellectual Property

All rights to the App, including its design, code, logo, and content (excluding user-generated content), are owned by Digital Exauce.

You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written permission.

10 Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data or content
• Service interruptions or delays

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified via email or in-app notification when significant changes occur. Continued use of the App after changes implies acceptance.
